The Voting Process
Changes and additions to the ring in terms of content or new member sites are approved only via a 51% or greater "yes" vote by the Fan Ring Voting Panel (the voting period lasts two weeks from the time a site is submitted). This panel of voters is comprised of charter members (original member sites who joined before May 31, 1997) and a handful of other sites deemed to be the "cream of the crop" among Steelers fan pages. Voting is based upon factors outlined in the Fan Ring's content criteria.
