Week 6
Pittsburgh at Cincinnati

Well, here I am again predicting another Steeler win, 27-3. This one should be easy. Cincy sucks big-time, but at least they have some top-quality wide receivers. That scares me after seeing last week's performance in Buffalo. Anyway, they have a young secondary and I hear Malcolm Johnson has been getting more snaps. I love this guy... big, tall, easy target and I don't recall him dropping any passes in the preseason. Maybe he could displace Blackwell in the 4-receiver set... who knows? The Bungles are just the tonic our team needs. The offense will show up for the second week in a row, and our D will be fierce after the beating they took last week. Hopefully this is the week we put it ALL together.

The Steel City Soldiers are going to wreak havok in Cincy!

First off, to Tommy Coleman... all I can say is, you're entitled to your opinion, and I'm entitled to mine. In regards to this Sunday's game against the Bengals, the Steelers should win -- provided they can put a decent offense on the field. The defense should be back to its old self after the letdown in Buffalo last week. Look for "the Bus" to crack the 100-yard mark for the first time this season. Prediction: 24-10, Pittsburgh.

Mike Terry correctly points out that the Steelers were 3-4 in 1995... let's not repeat the 3-4 start, but keep the faith and pray for 16-3 and S.B. XXXIV Champions! Different (WAY different) team, true, but I am not worried.

Waz new Pussy-cats... Whoa-A-Whoa-Whoa...

For the record, the Pittsburgh Steelers are not "The Dark Side" (as it states in the links section of this fine site). They stand for what is right: a hard day's work for a honest day's pay.

Memo to all the folks in the 'Burgh: If you're going to Cinn city for the game, don't drink the water. Remember... everytime a toilet in Pittsburgh flushes, somebody's water bill in Cinci goes up.

The Steeler Nation-Michigan will be watching the game at Gallagher's on State St. in Ann Arbor. OPEN INVITATION, 1:00 p.m. kickoff (734) 665-1600.

Tommy

P.S.--Thomas Bragg, God love ya man, but you are wrong.

I'm going to make this short and sweet! If the Steelers can't beat the freakin' Bungles on Sunday, then they officially suck!
